If the Spurs won tonight against a play-off hungry Jazz team without their three best players, there is a serious argument that they are the best team in the NBA. Actually, considering they are coming off an 11 game winning streak and are sitting at 40-15 on the season, they argument could be made either way. Personally, I still take the Heat and Thunder as the two best teams, but the Spurs could easily replace either of them. The Spurs are well-coached, have a great mixture of experienced veterans and young talent, and know how to win. This is old news to most, but the fact that the Spurs may be the favorites for the NBA Finals is something I truly never saw coming.
