NBA players are busy in October with the league’s preseason in full swing, but many will still take time to appreciate basketball greatness when they see it.
In Game 3 of the WNBA Finals between the Minnesota Lynx and Indiana Fever on Friday night, Minnesota star and former University of Connecticut great Maya Moore took an inbounds pass at the top of the key with 1.7 seconds left in a tie game.
From there, she knew exactly what to do with it:

Moore finished with 24 points, and her Lynx now lead the Best-of-5 series by a 2-1 margin. From an NBA standpoint, Chris Paul was just one of many to take notice:

The WNBA Finals resume Sunday night in Indiana, when Moore’s Lynx will have a chance to close out the series and win their third league title. It seems many of the NBA’s elite will be watching, too.
