Either way, it has been quite a turnaround for the much-scrutinized scorer, who had become an afterthought in recent years when discussing some of the top talents around the league. His unwillingness to move the ball and his lackadaisical efforts on the defensive end have been detrimental to his reputation, especially during the Mike D’Antoni era.
Just as it did for James when he won a championship, though, winning a lot of games can quickly change the minds of many. Anthony certainly appears to be walking down the path of changed perceptions this season, all for the better.
