April 4, 2016 by Ben DuBose

Monday was a rare off night for the entire NBA, with the spotlight placed exclusively on the NCAA’s title game in Houston between North Carolina and Villanova. [Read more…]

Tweet of the Night: C.J. McCollum has high praise for Avery Bradley

April 2, 2016 by James Park

After 54 consecutive victories at home dating back to last season, the Golden State Warriors finally suffered their first home loss of the season on Friday when the Boston Celtics came to town. The Celtics had a game plan to limit Stephen Curry as much as possible and it worked like a charm, as the reigning MVP was limited to six points and seven turnovers in the first half. Avery Bradley, who gave Curry fits in their first meeting back in

Tweet of the Night: Matt Barnes posts a meme about D’Angelo Russell’s situation

April 1, 2016 by James Park

By now, you’ve heard of the incident between Los Angeles Lakers guards D’Angelo Russell and Nick Young. Long story short, Russell made himself the most untrustworthy teammate or friend in the league by recording something Young shared with him in a very-much private conversation. Subsequently, the video somehow leaked to the entire world, and the rookie point guard has learned the hard way that snitching doesn’t win you any fans. Apparently, things have been even worse with his teammates.    [Read more…]

Tweet of the Night: Kenny Smith shares emotional clip of him showing love for Craig Sager on TNT

March 30, 2016 by James Park

With recent news about Craig Sager’s deteriorating health, players and personnel around the NBA have shown tremendous support for the long-time sideline reporter. During Tuesday’s contest between the Golden State Warriors and Washington Wizards, Sager took some time in the fourth quarter to interview Inside the NBA’s Kenny Smith, who was in the stands as a fan of the game to witness the history-making Warriors on their home floor. Along the way, Smith shared a touchy moment with Sager:  [Read more…]

Tweet of the Night: Coach Nick of BBALLBREAKDOWN explains why Stephen Curry is an elite defender

March 29, 2016 by James Park

When you think of all the things that Stephen Curry can do on the floor, defense is probably not the first thing that comes to mind. It’s understandable given all the impossible things he can do offensively, but the reigning MVP doesn’t get enough credit for the job he does on the defensive end on most nights. In fact, he’s probably one of the most underrated defenders in the league given all the havoc he causes, which largely goes unnoticed by

Tweet of the Night: Kyle Lowry reacts after getting ejected on his birthday

March 26, 2016 by James Park

Kyle Lowry enjoyed his 30th birthday on Friday, but the results on the court against the Houston Rockets was anything but pleasant. Lowry, who has had a career year after dedicating last summer to reshaping his body and diet, scored 15 points on four-of-19 shooting from the field (a season-worst when taking at least 13 shots in a game) and shot 4-of-9 from the free throw line. To make matters worse, the point guard got into it with an official with

Tweet of the Night: Kyle Anderson says Kawhi Leonard is the MVP of the league

March 24, 2016 by James Park

Kawhi Leonard has been one of the best all-around players in the league this season and if it wasn’t for a certain Baby-faced Assassin in Golden State, he might have been the favorite to win the MVP award. After another home victory against the Miami Heat on Wednesday, the San Antonio Spurs are 60-11 on the season and a league best 36-0 at home. Leonard starred in the game with 32 points, eight rebounds, a steal and a block before leaving
